• Will my movers arrive on time?  Yes, our professional movers are dependable and prompt, you do not need to worry us not showing up or being late. Read more about us by clicking here. 
• Are credit cards, debit cards, cash, and checks accepted? Yes, all are accepted. While booking the move, we'll discuss payment options. 
• Do employees smoke or drink on the job? NEVER. Our moving professionals will never smoke or drink on the job. All of our employees go through a thorough screening process.
• What cannot be taken on moving truck? Fireworks, certain cleaning items, flammables, matches, etc. Please talk to your moving planning expert with further questions. Contact earth911.com for recycling options in your area. 
• Can pianos be moved? Yes, pianos are a specialty item. Please let your Low Cost Moving rep know what kind of piano you have prior to the move. 
• What are "specialty moving items?" Pool Tables, Exercise Equipment, Pianos, Gun Safes, and other items. Your moving rep will ask you what specialty items you may have. 
• What if I need to change my moving date? Please let us know as soon as possible and we'll rearrange accordingly. 
• Are there any hidden fees? No. At Low Cost Moving we maintain a front door approach with all our estimates and professional moving service prices.

• Can I move locally on Sunday? No. We offer our local professional moving services Monday through Saturday. In our 30 years of business, only a few exceptions have we moved customers on Sundays locally. Our long distance services do include Sunday.
